Scope
Challenged and refined requirements to ensure logical, user-centered workflows
Designed an end-to-end recruitment platform replacing a fragmented manual process with one traceable system — connecting 4 user roles across 8 hiring stages.
End-to-end design of an integrated recruitment platform—covering the full hiring lifecycle from personnel requests, candidate management, evaluation, interviews, to final hiring decisions. The system connects ERP (for HR) and Iportal (for internal employees & managers) into a single streamlined flow—enabling stakeholders to make faster, more structured, data-driven recruitment decisions.
Platform: ERP + Iportal · Users: 4 groups · Timeline: 8 sprints · ~16 weeks
Designed all system flows, interaction models, and role-based logic end-to-end
Defined state transitions across the full hiring lifecycle
Worked upstream with BA team — reviewing specs and catching logic gaps before development
# | Problem |
1 | Scattered and duplicated candidate data—no single source of truth, requiring manual reconciliation across files |
2 | Unstructured, hard-to-track recruitment processes—no one knew a candidate's stage without direct inquiries |
3 | Fragmented HR-manager coordination—exchanges via email/chat, lost candidate evaluations |
4 | Manual approvals prone to errors—hiring requests routed through multiple layers without automation |
5 | No end-to-end hiring lifecycle tracking—from request to onboarding was a "black box" |
6 | Unclear permissions—users accessing wrong info or blocked from needed features |
Mapped the full hiring lifecycle across all 4 user groups before designing any screen
Structured the system around roles, states, and data relationships — not features
Added validation logic at each stage to prevent incomplete or out-of-order actions
Caught edge cases early — e.g. integrating blacklist actions into CV review flow instead of a separate feature
Feature | Impact |
Unified hiring system | Full lifecycle in one place — headcount request to onboarding |
AI-powered CV parsing | Reduced manual screening time significantly |
Audit trail | Complete timestamps and ownership for every hiring decision |
Multi-team support | Handles multiple teams and simultaneous programs without losing control |
Complex systems aren't designed screen by screen — they're designed logic-first. The interface is the last layer, not the first.
