Overview

End-to-end design of an integrated recruitment platform—covering the full hiring lifecycle from personnel requests, candidate management, evaluation, interviews, to final hiring decisions.The system connects ERP (for HR) and Iportal (for internal employees & managers) into a single streamlined flow—enabling stakeholders to make faster, more structured, data-driven recruitment decisions.

  • Designed all system flows, interaction models, and role-based logic end-to-end

  • Defined state transitions across the full hiring lifecycle

  • Worked upstream with BA team — reviewing specs and catching logic gaps before development

Method

  • Mapped the full hiring lifecycle across all 4 user groups before designing any screen

  • Structured the system around roles, states, and data relationships — not features

  • Added validation logic at each stage to prevent incomplete or out-of-order actions

  • Caught edge cases early — e.g. integrating blacklist actions into CV review flow instead of a separate feature
